First checks

Cannot sign in?

  1. Use your full mailbox address as the username, not just the local part.
  2. Re-enter the current mailbox password manually. Password managers often keep an older value.
  3. Confirm the host is mail.eleven11.pro.
  4. For mail apps, use IMAP 993 with SSL/TLS and SMTP 587 with STARTTLS.
  5. If webmail works but the app does not, remove the account from the app and set it up again.

Browser and webmail

Blank or blocked browser view

Some webmail deployments block embedding. If the page looks blank, open webmail in a new tab instead of staying inside the embedded frame.

Self-service password reset is not enabled in this UI yet. If you no longer know the mailbox password, contact your mail operator or support team to issue a reset.
